Day 1: Nairobi – Tortilis camp
This safari will start at Wilson airport at 07:30 am fly straight into Amboseli national park. On your arrival you will be transferred to your Tortilis camp. Tortilis camp was named after the flat-topped umbrella thorn tree and the acacia Tortilis with the majestic backdrop of Africa’s highest peak snow capped Kilimanjaro. Evening game drive to explore the vast Amboseli plains with abundant wildlife species which makes Amboseli a premier park to visit. Dinner and overnight Tortilis camp.

Day 2: Amboseli national park
Whole day game drives in the Amboseli national park with a morning game drive followed by picnic lunch in the park and then even game drive in search of big five.

Day 3: Amboseli to Nairobi
Have an early morning game drive followed by hefty breakfast at Tortilis safari camp and thereafter transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Wilson airport. After your arrival you will be picked from Wilson airport to David sheldrick elephant orphanage to see orphan elephants and learn about the trusts two major programs, orphan’s project and fostering program. After this drive to giraffe manor rested on 140 acres of indigenous forest in the langata suburb of Nairobi to check in for lunch. See Rothschild giraffe in the evening poking their long necks into the windows in the hope of a treat before retreating to their forest sanctuary. Thereafter have an afternoon tea on the terrace as the sun sets behind the Ngong hills. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Giraffe Manor – leopard hill Mara
After your hefty breakfast at giraffe manor you will also have an interesting activity of sharing breakfast with a giraffe. Thereafter transfer to Wilson airport to catch your noon flight to leopard hill in Mara Naibosho conservancy. Check in for lunch at leopard hill. Have an evening game drive in Mara Naibosho conservancy and a sundowner of drinks and nibbles enjoyed under acacia tree. Dinner and overnight leopard hill.

Day 5: Leopard hill
Have an early morning game drive to see elephants, lions, hippos, leopards, warthogs and birdlife followed by hefty breakfast at the camp. Relax in your room enjoying exciting sightings straight from the camp. Have an outdoor terrace lunch of the dining area overlooking waterhole front where wildlife comes to quench their thirst. Afternoon game drive in the vast plains seeing how nature is beautiful on your return back to the camp enjoy beautiful sundowner. Dinner to be served at your venue of choice in an African style with some entertainment from Maasai dancers.

Day 6: Mara Naibosho conservancy
Waking up at dawn for an early morning game drive at the conservancy in the search for the big five especially the African cat’s lion and leopard then return to the camp for hefty breakfast. Or have a hot air balloon safari with a toast of Champaign breakfast served as you land down. Have a leisure time at the camp as you wait for sumptuous lunch served with views of wilderness around. Have an afternoon walking safari stopping at scenic places for iconic photography. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 : Maasai Mara national reserve
Have a whole day game drive in Maasai Mara national reserve which is referred by many as a jewelry and highlight of any African safari mainly due to its abundance of game and the fact that it supports one of Africa’s highest concentrations of predators. Have a picnic lunch at the reserve thereafter drive to famous mara river in search of hippos and crocodiles. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight

Day 8: Leopard hill – Nairobi
Have an early morning game drive at the conservancy, return for hefty breakfast and then chauffeured to the airstrip in good time for your flight back to Nairobi.
